WHO WE ARE

Almendros 11 is located on the north of  Casa de Campo main road,  and just passing Romana Country Club on the right hand, you will find the sign Los Almendros at your left hand side.

 

This villa has a big living room with cathedral ceiling, nice sofas and furniture. Dining room with a 12 seats dinning table and stereo that you can listen in the house and around the pool area. All windows have screens.

 

A nice terrace overlooking fairway of hole No. 2 of Romana Country Club private golf course, furnished with wicker sofas and teak table for breakfast. Outdoor area with a trampoline under a tree, as well as a comfortably furnished wood pergola which invites you to enjoy nights full of stars. There is also a BBQ, a swimming pool with a salt chlorinator system, and a Jacuzzi with a gas heater for hot water.

 

A comfortable family room with 42” TV, with ceiling fan and air conditioning. Children and some adults can enjoy tv, games and access to Netflix. Also we offer high speed internet access all over the house and part of the yard.

 

Master bedroom has a king size bed, with cedar closet and safety security box.  Other 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds and fourth bedroom with 2 queen size beds. All bedrooms are well furnished, with air conditioning, ceiling fans and private bathroom with warm water and hair dryer.

 

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, mixer, blender, coffee maker and nice china and silverware.  Laundry area with washer and dryer and a maid bedroom.

 

EXTRAS

We have a very well trained bartender (margaritas, cosmopolitan, sea breeze, etc.) who also takes care of preparing the table and cook in the BBQ. He can make himself understood in English pretty well and can do your grocery list and help you in anything you might like.  The cook prepares delicious international and local meals, and takes care of keeping the house in order and ready for your daily enjoyment. 

 

Our staff can also prepare a delicious feast, served outdoors with beautiful table setting with flowers, candles and beautiful china.

 

For the kids you can find a beautiful wood swing set that children will love to use under the shadow of a beautiful tree full of orchids. There's a toddler seat in the swing so that even the little ones can have a good time!. There's also a kids kitchen set for them to play with, and beach toys that they can take to the beach and play with the sand and water.
